Developing NetSys as a personal R&D project to explore how agent-based software can be structured around explicit components such as agents, skills, hooks, tasks, sessions and results. Designing netTwin as a digital representation of the agent ecosystem to make dependencies, behaviour and performance easier to inspect and reason about.

Led product and governance mechanisms for a new ITSM environment, aligning service design, operational needs and public procurement requirements. Developed BI and alerting capabilities using incident and service-request data to support operational analysis and service improvement.

Designed enterprise information models, BI solutions and business applications supporting workflow automation and operational decision-making. Delivered contract and workforce management solutions and developed digital interfaces for Portugal's Balcão SNS 24 programme.

Designed and implemented a computer-vision solution for real-time defect detection and classification in a manufacturing environment. Developed a production planning and scheduling tool capable of generating production orders across 10,000+ product types.

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2022.

MSc in Chemical Engineering from FCT/Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, completed in 2014.
