At ARTE – Agency for Administrative Modernization, I lead Agile Delivery initiatives supporting Portugal’s digital transformation strategy through the mosaico.gov.pt platform. I coordinate product initiatives and teams across the Portuguese public administration ecosystem.
At SECIL, I supported digital transformation initiatives and contributed to improving product lifecycle management and delivery governance. I also enabled data-driven prioritization through Agile and Lean delivery practices.
At GALP, I supported digital products for refinery and energy-sector operations, facilitating Agile ceremonies and roadmap execution. At PETROBRAS, I supported SAFe transformation initiatives and assisted Release Train Engineers with Agile Release Train coordination.
At SEST SENAT, I managed technology, communication, and digital initiatives, including portfolio planning, governance, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. I also lead startup ecosystem programs at 351 Portuguese Startup Association and manage strategic partnerships at Portugal Tech Week.
