What I'm looking for

I want to lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes—especially DEI- and education-focused global programs—using data-driven operations, inclusive execution, and scalable systems that help teams perform at their best.

I’m a project and program management professional with 20+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across workforce operations and education and engagement programs in large mission-driven organizations. I translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes, building scalable systems that help teams excel.

In my most recent role as Chief Administrative Officer (First Sergeant) at Tripler Army Medical Center, I led multi-department initiatives for a 143-bed military medical center, including driving a 50% increase in patient access to care and reducing wait times from 28 to 14 days through data-driven process redesign. I also served as a senior advisor to the CEO on risk mitigation, DEI-sensitive situations, and organizational development, while managing systems development, documentation, and large-scale engagement events for 800+ attendees.

Earlier, as an Equal Opportunity Specialist, I directed a 30-person Equal Opportunity Leadership team, investigated EO complaints and grievances, and conducted trend analysis using disaggregated data to identify equity gaps and guide preventive interventions. I bring a strong facilitation and training background in DEI and cross-cultural communication, strengthened by lived and worked experience in South Korea, Italy, and Iraq.
