What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cross-country productivity or energy programs where I can combine governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement with strong stakeholder leadership—turning data into executive decisions and measurable value.

I’m a Senior Project & Program Leader with 10+ years of experience in multinational environments. I lead complex, cross-country initiatives from strategy to execution, turning data into executive-level decisions and scalable programs.

In my current role as West Europe Project Manager – Productivity & Energy, I drive regional governance across 11 cross-country productivity and energy programs. I own prioritization, budgeting, and financial performance, delivering $5.1M in annual savings while coordinating country teams, leadership stakeholders, and external partners.

Previously, as a Continuous Improvement Lead, I used data analysis and lean tools (DMAIC, MOS, SMED, and more) to increase facilities and offices efficiency. I built governance for 5S and Root Cause Analysis in 6 facilities and 3 offices, and partnered with HR to design skills and capability frameworks, coaching, and role-based progression paths.

I’ve also led day-to-day operations as a Refinery Manager and supported process performance as a Process and Project Engineer. From KPI monitoring and maintenance planning to SOP creation and quality compliance, my systems-thinking approach keeps performance improving, people growing, and execution dependable.
