I've built and hosted remote new-hire training for PNC Bank Home Equity, covering income verification, new projects, and process updates. I redesigned training to reduce time to certification by 45% while maintaining comprehension and engagement.

At PNC, I wrote official interoffice communications, supported bank policy and risk procedures, created reference materials used by more than 500 people, and prepared documentation for HMDA LAR audits and OCC submission. I also developed standard work for Verification of Employment processes, including self-employed VOE procedures under new CFPB regulations.

I've led operations support teams, identified process gaps and efficiencies to reduce cycle time, and supported 25+ operational tasks across hybrid and remote environments. I'm seeking part-time work that challenges me and lets me apply training design, technical writing, compliance, and process improvement skills.
