I'm currently supporting Training & Employee Development and HR at Flushing Bank, where I've issued more than 1,100 compliance courses for over 550 employees and track completion year after year.

I facilitate New Hire Orientation, audit monthly training progress, maintain instructor-led training logs, and create LMS learning materials in Storyline360. I also support eLearning administration, talent acquisition, interviews, and core HR administration.

Over 22 years at Municipal Credit Union, I managed and developed teams through coaching, mentoring, staff meetings, and morning huddles. I trained employees across the branch network, wrote procedures for new systems and devices, completed performance reviews, and managed schedules, PTO, and annual branch budgets.

My banking background includes regulatory compliance, branch audits, CTR, OFAC/SAR monitoring, Chex Systems, loan documentation, quality control, cash controls, and digital banking support.
