At Alpha CRC, I plan and oversee translation, transcreation, localisation and QA projects end to end, coordinating clients, vendors, linguists, language teams and project stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
I've progressed from Dutch Linguist to Localisation Test Lead and Project Manager LQA, leading linguist teams, developing testing strategies, managing budgets and QBRs, and improving workflows through feedback and efficiency meetings. I also help develop and implement proprietary AI solutions through LLM training and translation-memory plug-ins, drawing on hands-on experience with Dutch LQA and FQA, translation, captioning and transcription.
