What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role in a collaborative company where I can solve technical issues, improve support processes, and grow within support or operations.

I am a senior customer support specialist with hands-on experience providing technical support for SaaS, e-commerce, hardware and software products to international clients. I collaborate cross-functionally with product, developers and operations, manage multiple projects, handle major incidents, and maintain high QA standards.

I progressed from middle to senior in four months, managed six projects concurrently, and consistently kept QA at 98–100%. I am skilled with CRM and ticketing systems (Zendesk, HelpScout), Jira/Confluence, G Suite, alert monitoring, and creating and updating knowledge base content.
