What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-stakes operations, facilities, logistics, security, real estate, or product initiatives where I can improve processes, develop capable teams, and take ownership from strategy through execution.

I've led operations at Siemens, Walmart, and the U.S. Marine Corps, overseeing teams of 43 to 763 personnel and physical assets exceeding $300 million. At Siemens, I supervised production, logistics, and fabrication while delivering $384K in cost avoidance and $22K in direct cost reduction through LEAN initiatives.

Since 2019, I've operated Eminence Enterprises across real estate investment and self-built software products, taking ideas from concept through launch and operation. My portfolio includes civic-tech, vehicle-tracking, consumer, transcription, security, and AI-powered app-building products, supported by experience in logistics, facilities, telecommunications, security, training, and property management.
