I'm looking to lead operations and strategic growth for a complex organization where I can build scalable systems, develop leaders, improve performance, and align financial and human resources with mission-critical priorities.

I'm leading Three Springs as Executive Director and Lead Pastor, directing strategy, finances, personnel, facilities, technology, programs, and daily operations for a 117-member organization supported by approximately 130 personnel and volunteers. I manage a $450K operating budget, reduced overhead by approximately 8%, and helped drive a 29.3% increase in revenue.

Previously, I directed operations, sales, P&L performance, staffing, and customer experience across eight Denali Midco locations. I opened five new locations, increased established-location memberships by approximately 40%, reduced overhead per customer by 40%, and maintained retention above 98.5%.

At USA Weightlifting, I managed national programs, credentialing, business development, and competition operations while coordinating compliance with Department of Defense and U.S. Olympic & Paralympic standards. At ENSCO, I supported the establishment of the first U.S. Space Force squadron in Colorado under a $225M government contract, developing 47 policies and procedures and reducing operating costs by approximately 7.9% through Lean Six Sigma.

My military operations experience includes directing personnel, logistics, risk, resources, and process improvement for a 524-person intelligence organization operating across 10 countries.
