What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, program, or security-focused role where I can lead teams, improve processes, manage complex priorities, and add measurable value in a high-accountability environment.

I'm currently overseeing physical security operations for the NC Department of Transportation across statewide infrastructure, coordinating personnel, compliance, risk identification, and documentation in ServiceNow and Genetec.

I founded and operated Zealous Clothing, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, where I managed product development, supply chain, vendors, inventory, customer service, budgets, and digital marketing. I built the operating systems from the ground up and used performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategic pivots.

During five years in the U.S. Army, I supervised and mentored junior personnel while managing a calibration lab supporting base-wide technical service requests. I also trained incoming personnel, served as a liaison across units, and maintained mission readiness during deployment to Camp Taji, Iraq.

I've completed a B.S. in Business Administration, Management magna cum laude while working full-time, alongside training in AI prompting, workflow automation, knowledge-base optimization, and CRM-driven process improvement.
