What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support US-based operations through insurance collections, case follow-up, customer communication, lead management, and reliable daily administration.

I've recovered over US$320,000 from insurance carriers for KND9 Mold in Florida since 2024, following up on property-damage claims, missing documentation, and invoices through successful recovery.
