At Faster Claims and Xpress Claims, I supervised an eight-person team supporting 1,100+ annual claims, generated more than $1,000,000 in agency settlement fees, and recovered an additional $600,000 through mitigation-invoice negotiation. I also led client re-engagement that closed 95% of inactive accounts and secured $45,000 in stalled payments.

In property management, I serve as the primary contact for 120+ properties, reduced a maintenance work-order backlog by 66%, completed 50+ lease renewals, and maintained 95%+ customer satisfaction.
