What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, improve AR data accuracy and collections performance, automate finance workflows, and collaborate with sales/operations in fast-paced environments.

There's a specific problem I've spent my career solving: the gap between a sale being made and the money actually arriving. In B2B environments with complex invoicing cycles, disputed balances, and high-volume customer portfolios, that gap is where revenue gets lost, and where I do my best work.

At Localiza&CO's Shared Services Center, I managed 200+ key B2B accounts and reduced portfolio delinquency from 12.5% to 2% in six months through risk-based segmentation and account netting. I also designed the business rules for an RPA reconciliation tool that eliminated 1.5 hours of daily manual work across the team, and identified ~$220K in recurring annual revenue through contractual interest analysis in Oracle BI. Tools I work in daily: SAP FI, Salesforce, Oracle BI, Excel pivot models, and customer portals including Ariba, Taulia, and SAP Business Network.

Before that, at Vale Fertilizantes, one of the world's largest mining and fertilizer companies, I worked in contracts and quality compliance, auditing 1,200+ third-party labor contracts and mitigating $7.7M+ in legal and financial exposure. That work gave me a solid foundation in financial controls, audit readiness, and process governance that I've carried into every role since.

Since 2022, I've been leading operations and contract management for a public authority, overseeing a $9M infrastructure portfolio, coordinating 25+ cross-functional stakeholders including federal agencies, and building an automated compliance reporting module for state audit requirements. It was a deliberate expansion of my operational leadership scope beyond specialist execution.

I'm now focused on returning to O2C as my core domain internationally. I completed a structured international career program in 2025 specifically to prepare for this move. I'm actively targeting US remote roles and open to relocation in Europe (Ireland, Netherlands, and Poland are my primary targets).
