What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, full-time role where I can own e-commerce operations and multilingual customer support, improve workflows with AI, and help customers with a calm, service-first approach while growing in a supportive team.

I manage online stores on Shopee and Mercado Livre, handling customer support before and after sales, including order processing, refunds, returns, and exchanges. I also optimize product listings and descriptions, coordinate suppliers and shipments, track orders, and maintain accurate customer updates—supported by spreadsheet workflows and AI tools to improve productivity and communication.

My service mindset comes from hands-on international experience across healthcare, wellness, and education. As a nurse assistant, massage therapist, and English & Italian teacher, I built a reputation for empathy, confidentiality, and calm problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and cross-cultural communication while working independently in fast-paced environments.
