What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine e-commerce coordination with digital marketing and analytics—using customer journey insights and GA4 performance data—to improve website results and customer satisfaction.

I build clear, reliable processes across communication-heavy environments. From 2017–2021 as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, I led multilingual administrative support, translated business documents between English and Portuguese, and handled confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

From 2022–2025 as an Operations and E-Commerce Coordinator in Brazil, I spearheaded the management and optimization of an online ordering platform and administrative operations. I managed daily cash flow (monitoring transactions, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records), handled customer inquiries to resolve order-related issues, and kept the online ordering menu and delivery platform accurate for pricing, availability, and product listings.

Alongside hands-on operations, I’m continuously strengthening my digital and marketing capabilities through HubSpot Academy (Digital Marketing Certification), Google Skillshop (Google Analytics (GA4) Certification), and Anthropic Academy (AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations Certification).
