What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a global, remote-first environment where I can support customers through digital channels, learn new tools, use technology and AI to improve productivity, and continue developing my English communication.

I've spent approximately 10 years supporting customers in physical retail, helping with product questions, purchase decisions, requests, and routine issues.

In marketplace customer support and digital operations, I respond to questions about products, orders, availability, and delivery through WhatsApp and marketplace messaging systems. I use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and online platforms to organize information, support customer-facing content, and follow up on requests.

I'm comfortable learning new software and using AI tools for research, learning, and productivity. I bring a customer-first approach focused on clear communication, practical solutions, and positive experiences.
