What I'm looking for
I’m a project management professional focused on end-to-end delivery, clear communication, and successful go-lives. I oversee implementation projects for respiratory diagnostic devices in healthcare environments, owning the customer relationship from order through go-live.
I build alignment by serving as the main liaison between customers, their clinical teams, and cross-functional internal departments. I facilitate weekly progress meetings to track milestones, address issues, and maintain timelines while coordinating delivery, on-site installation, and end-user training.
On the technical side, I collaborate with customer IT and internal Clinical Information Systems (CIS) teams to deploy the server infrastructure required for device integration. I also manage EMR system integration work, connecting respiratory diagnostic devices to hospital electronic medical record platforms and keeping stakeholders aligned across clinical, technical, and administrative groups.
Before moving deeper into project execution, I strengthened my foundation in Level 1 Technical Support—resolving Windows issues, managing Outlook data (.ost/.pst), troubleshooting networks, and working with Citrix and ticketing workflows. I bring that practical troubleshooting mindset, backed by CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+, to improve process reliability, compliance readiness, and client satisfaction.
