At Texas Health Resources, I led a system-wide migration of 118 departments across five hospitals from shared departmental drives to Microsoft SharePoint, managing scope, schedule, and staff transition to OneDrive and Outlook usage tiers. The project delivered $3 million in cost savings.
I also led a multi-vendor DAS deployment across hospital buildings and directed technology projects involving clinical systems, infrastructure, and facility build-outs. I'm a Certified ScrumMaster with experience across the project lifecycle and Agile and Waterfall methods.
