What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a new challenge and opportunity where I can combine field sales, strong customer service, and travel industry expertise—working closely with customers and partners, supporting travel needs, and contributing to growth through campaigns.

I’m a bilingual Portuguese/English professional with a strong travel, tourism, and aviation background, and years of customer-facing experience built through sales and service roles. I’m confident communicating with people from all backgrounds, whether face to face, over the telephone, via email, or through web inquiries.

In my most recent role, I work as a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull, visiting store partners to build relationships, provide excellent customer service to store managers and staff, audit merchandising compliance, and make promotional campaigns available to customers. I also merchandise products and negotiate space for marketing campaigns.

Before that, I enjoyed learning and supporting travelers as a Case Manager at Charles Taylor Assistance by creating medical assistance claims, verifying policies cover, arranging flights/transfers/accommodation, and calculating estimated cost reserves—always centered on outstanding customer service and care. I bring additional experience from travel insurance and cruise sales, including quotes, medical screening, amendments/cancellations, and upselling services.
