What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise learning and organizational development—building data-informed L&D systems and equity-driven culture programs that measurably improve employee performance, retention, belonging, and learning outcomes.

I’m a Learning & Development executive and Director of Education with 6+ years leading workforce transformation, executive education, and organizational development across healthcare, government, education, nonprofit, and consulting. I build large-scale professional development systems and executive leadership training aligned to organizational goals, strengthening performance, retention, and workplace culture.

As Executive Director of Education & Organizational Development Consultant at Maktub Limitless LLC, I’ve co-led enterprise workforce development and engagement programs for 1,500+ employees, including multi-year EDIA and culture work with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF). I’ve personally facilitated 30+ Mindfulness trainings for 300+ staff, supporting a culture effort that grew to engage roughly 670 employees, and I helped develop the Colorado For ALL Academy curriculum.

Previously, I served as an Education Consultant for the New York Brooklyn School District, designing leadership and student-support initiatives reaching 25,000+ students and reducing chronic absenteeism by 3%.
