I've spent more than 20 years advancing learning outcomes across New York schools, higher education, and community programs. In NYC charter schools and Poughkeepsie City School District, I design instruction, workshops, and online learning environments for youth, adults, multilingual learners, and learners with exceptionalities.

I use data-driven instruction, IEP compliance processes, and New York State learning standards to identify intervention and enrichment needs, strengthen attendance and assessment outcomes, and support social-emotional learning. I've also authored parent-involvement manuals, mentored educators and collegiate students, and helped families engage more deeply in academic success.

With an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Management, I bring policy implementation, curriculum design, educational equity advocacy, strategic partnership development, and inclusive leadership to educational reform. I'm committed to building culturally responsive environments where diverse learners, families, and educators can thrive.
