From 2020–2025 as a Collections Representative at Visions Federal Credit Union, I assisted members with account questions, payment arrangements, and financial solutions while maintaining confidentiality. I reviewed account information, documented customer interactions accurately, and helped with membership, banking services, loans, and large purchase financing. I’m now looking to bring strong customer service and administrative skills to a Chat Specialist role within the veterinary field.
