I’m looking for a People & Culture role where I can drive DEIB, employee engagement, and organizational development—partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders while improving HR operations with operational excellence and an Agile, change-ready mindset.

I’m a Strategic People & Culture professional with 15+ years of experience across Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, DEIB, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. I focus on strengthening workplace culture, supporting organizational growth, and building people-centered experiences through stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence.

In my current role, I lead operations and the end-to-end client journey as an Operations & Patient Experience Manager, partnering with physicians and operational stakeholders to align scheduling, logistics, and service delivery. I also support business growth through inbound lead management, patient qualification, and relationship-building—while helping shape organizational culture within a rapidly growing wellness business.

Previously, I led full-cycle recruiting as a Full-Cycle Recruiter, including talent mapping, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and offer negotiation for enterprise clients. I also co-designed an onboarding training program to reduce recruiter ramp-up time by 33% (3 weeks to 2 weeks).

Earlier in my career, I directed DEIB and engagement at HERE Technologies, co-founding and launching employee resource groups (PRIDE ERG and WIN) to create safe, inclusive communities. I led company-wide DEIB strategy, earned HRC Equidad MX certification two consecutive years, and facilitated programs like Respectful Workplace, Crucial Conversations, and Train the Trainer—always with a collaborative, people-first approach.
