What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote strategy and operations roles where I can combine business building, cross-functional execution, customer insight, program leadership, and AI-enabled problem solving. I’m especially interested in high-growth teams where I can own ambiguous problems, build systems, and turn strategy into measurable execution

I’m a strategy and operations generalist with experience across entrepreneurship, business development, education, customer operations, and venture creation.

I’ve co-founded and operated a customer-facing service business, built early-stage ventures from concept to execution, designed business and growth strategies, coordinated cross-functional teams, and taught or trained 600+ students and professionals.

My work tends to sit where strategy meets execution: clarifying complex problems, designing better systems and customer journeys, aligning people around priorities, and turning ideas into actionable plans.

I’m especially interested in high-growth teams working across AI, technology, education, customer experience, and new ventures. I use generative AI extensively for research, synthesis, strategic analysis, workflow design, ideation, and execution.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, based in Ecuador, and a U.S. citizen authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
