At Shamal Holding, I helped stand up a standalone IT environment after its separation from Meraas, including configuring Entra ID Connect between the new directory and cloud tenant. I owned identity and access across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for about 2,000 users.
I configured ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus end to end and delivered a Copilot Studio integration that let staff raise and track IT tickets through chat. I also delivered the organisation-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout and led three junior IT support engineers.
At MOMENTUM CORPORATE SERVICES LLC, I handled incidents across Azure, AWS and on-premise infrastructure in a 24/7 NOC operation. I authored operational runbooks, reworked incident follow-up, rebuilt Grafana dashboards and evaluated Datadog and Dynatrace.
In my self-directed noc-to-sre-lab project, I designed and operate a production-shaped infrastructure and observability platform using Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and GitHub Actions. I’m Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and I hold CompTIA Security+ and ITIL v4 certifications.
