I’m looking for a role where I can optimize commercial workflows, own pricing and forecasting, and use CRM data to drive decisions. I want a team that values continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and tangible operational impact.

I’m a Sales & Commercial Operations Analyst with 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, and Revenue Forecasting, specializing in workflow optimization and project management. I combine analytical rigor with a holistic business perspective to turn complex commercial processes into reliable, data-led execution.

At Accenture, I support sales and delivery functions by managing commercial processes, pricing strategies, and contract lifecycle activities. I act as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, using CRM systems to keep data accurate and to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

My work includes managing opportunity pipelines and customer data in Salesforce CRM, developing and maintaining pricing structures, and overseeing contract invoicing and financial tracking for accuracy and timely billing. I also extract and analyze CRM data to produce business development and commercial performance reports, support contract forecasting and revenue projections, and drive continuous improvement through cleaner workflows and stronger operational controls.
