At Accenture, I manage end-to-end work order operations for US IT and Corporate roles, tracking SLAs and business timelines.

Managed procurement tools (Fieldglass and Ariba) for US business units and served as main point of contact for internal clients on operational queries. Led weekly and monthly vendor meetings, tracking SLAs and ensuring consistent service delivery.
