I’m a customer-focused professional with hands-on experience resolving client inquiries and coordinating cross-functional operations in a fast-paced FMCG wholesale distribution environment. I’m known for first-contact issue resolution, clear stakeholder communication, and process accuracy.

In my Operations & Coordination Intern role, I improved order accuracy for retail clients by auditing and verifying high-volume distribution and order-entry records daily. I also resolved product availability and delivery inquiries by coordinating between customers and warehouse teams, while supporting smoother onboarding of new retail accounts through logistics scheduling and communication handoffs.

As a B.Com graduate (6th-semester examinations completed; final results awaiting), I’m actively building proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel to strengthen my work in a SaaS/product environment. I’m now aiming for an entry-level Customer Success Executive role where I can bring strong communication instincts and a rapid learning curve.
