I recently completed my B.Tech in Computer Science and began my professional journey as a Customer Success Trainee at a property management company serving U.S.-based homeowner associations. During my internship, I managed operations for 14 associations representing over 600 homeowners, handled 400+ service requests and 300+ board tasks, and supported customers through phone calls, emails, and stakeholder coordination. I regularly worked with homeowners, board members, vendors, banks, insurance providers, and legal teams while assisting with operational documentation, meeting coordination, escalation management, and vendor invoice follow-ups. Throughout my internship, I received 15+ client appreciation reviews for my communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving approach.

Alongside my professional experience, I completed projects in Python and Flask, which strengthened my technical and analytical skills. During college, I also served as Secretary of the Entrepreneurial Development Cell, where I organized industry events, managed sponsorships, coordinated with speakers, and led public relations activities.

I'm passionate about customer success, operations, and solving real-world problems, and I enjoy working in fast-paced environments where I can collaborate with people, continuously learn, and create meaningful value for customers and the organization.
