Before I build anything, I want to know three things: who it's for, what they use today, and why it isn't good enough.
I've spent years analysing markets, competitors, and customers across banking, IT services, and adtech, and it's how I approach every product I build.

Product experience: At Bank of Baroda, I worked on M-Connect Plus, now bob World, the bank's mobile banking app. I turned customer and stakeholder needs into BRDs and FRDs, designed wireframes and mockups, and worked in recurring sprints, including on a forex feature that shows customers the day's exchange rate.

-CompetitorPulse: An AI tool for fintech product teams. It takes a product, compares it with other tools in the market, and produces a competitor analysis showing where it stands and where the gaps are.
