I’m looking for an organization where I can support executive teams with high-trust administrative operations—owning calendars, travel, and event coordination—while improving workflows and helping build people-focused, mission-driven cultures.

I’m an Executive Assistant and Administrative Operations professional with 6+ years supporting senior leadership and executive teams in fast-paced nonprofit and SaaS environments. I help leaders move faster by managing complex executive calendars, coordinating executive communications, and improving day-to-day workflows so teams can operate efficiently in high-growth settings.

In my current role at Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), I provide executive-level administrative support to the VP, People & Culture, coordinating domestic and international travel (including visas, itineraries, and expense reconciliation) across multiple time zones. I also plan and execute quarterly townhalls and annual corporate meetings for 200+ global staff, organize large-scale events like a Montreal convention for 400+ participants, and lead global staff retreat logistics. I’ve streamlined staff security training processes for international travel, maintained SharePoint internal communications, and supported 12+ employee engagement initiatives.

Previously, at Oren Inc., I supported the CEO, COO, and CTO with dynamic calendar management and cross-functional project coordination, while also leading HR operations like recruitment coordination, onboarding, and policy development—reducing time-to-hire by ~30 days through improved recruitment workflows.
