What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead business growth, strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, improve operations, and support market expansion through strategic analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've driven commercial growth, international business development, and operational leadership across Sri Lanka, the UAE, Mexico, South Asia, Australia, and the United States.

At Seraph Protection Group FZE, I led global business development, supported the Chairman with business intelligence and strategic advice, and managed B2B and B2C stakeholder relationships. I also aligned software and web development initiatives with commercial objectives.

More recently, I managed CRM records, property research, market analysis, and operational support for Australian real estate professionals at VA4U Australia, and developed SOPs and process automation at Candy Factory Group. I'm strengthening my strategic growth and market-expansion capabilities through an MSc in Strategic Marketing.
