What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Cybersecurity where I can troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, support end users, and help maintain reliable networks and security-focused infrastructure.

I’m an Information Technology student and Cybersecurity graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, networking, and system administration. I’ve supported end users and maintained technology infrastructure by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on Windows and Linux systems.

In my current role as a Technology Lab Assistant, I provide technical support for students, faculty, and staff, install software, and maintain computer lab equipment. I also build and document security-focused Raspberry Pi projects like a Pi-hole DNS sinkhole and a WireGuard VPN, and I was awarded First Place for innovation and design for a Raspberry Pi weather monitoring system.
