Supervised and aided in coordinating Orientation program containing a team of 65 Orientation Leaders. Planned and coordinated different aspects of the orientation experience for 900 daily students.

Assisted users with technical issues through on-site visits and phone communication, ensuring prompt resolution of network and system concerns. Conducted testing and troubleshooting of IT systems, including ports and network switches, contributing to improved system performance and reliability.

Developed and updated static web pages using HTML and CSS to enhance the Center's website content and usability. Monitored application performance and ensured feature functionality for the Center's mobile/web app, serving over 1,200 active monthly users.

Collaborated with a large team to deliver high-quality service and support to residents across three residence halls. Enhanced customer service skills by assisting residents and their families with inquiries, concerns, and support needs.

Provided front desk support across three residence halls, serving as the first point of contact for over 600 residents and their guests. Monitored building access and enforced security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of the residential community.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, focusing on advanced topics in network security, system vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms. Expected to graduate in May 2025, building on a foundation of computer science principles.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, gaining foundational knowledge in programming, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. Graduated in August 2023, preparing for a career in IT and cybersecurity.
