What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Customer Success, Customer Support or Customer Service position with an international organisation, where I can use my customer-facing international business experience to deliver a positive customer experience.

I coordinated customer and supplier communication across China, Bangladesh and Vietnam, following orders, quotations, shipping arrangements and customer requests from enquiry through completion.
