I’m looking for a role where I manage accurate data, support customers professionally, and work within clear compliance standards—so I can keep improving, meet targets, and deliver first-class results with a strong team.

I’m a hard-working, detail-focused professional with experience across data capture, customer service, compliance-driven work, and client support. I’ve worked with “manual and automated data entry,” “database management and data tracking,” and I’m able to meet job demands and deadlines through consistent diligence.

In my most data-centered roles, I tracked registers, uploaded information to share point under the correct cohort, and captured site visits on OneStream—while calling youth, reporting incorrect information or complaints under “Hr Matters,” and improving results through weekly team meetings. I also bring strong client-facing strength from work as a call center agent and financial advisor, including budgeting support for funeral plans, reinstating lapsed policies, and achieving weekly targets and case counts.
