What I'm looking for

Seeking roles in Workplace Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology and Employee Development, with opportunities to design and deliver workshops, support behaviour change, improve employee wellbeing and contribute to meaningful people-focused initiatives.

I use applied psychology to help people and teams manage pressure, understand behaviour, communicate effectively and develop healthier ways of working.

My professional background spans mental health recovery, substance misuse, supported housing, complex-needs assessment and psychologically informed group facilitation within UK services. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, dual diagnosis, personality-related difficulties and significant social pressures.

Working in these complex environments has developed my ability to facilitate reflective conversations, manage challenging group dynamics, explain psychological concepts clearly and support meaningful behaviour change. I have delivered one-to-one interventions, psychoeducational groups and workplace sessions addressing stress, burnout, anxiety management, emotional regulation and coping.

I am now applying this experience within workplace wellbeing, Learning and Development and employee engagement. I am particularly interested in designing and facilitating practical, psychologically informed learning around:

• Workplace stress and burnout prevention
• Emotional regulation and resilience
• Professional boundaries and sustainable working
• Difficult conversations and de-escalation
• Manager mental health awareness
• Psychological safety and team wellbeing
• Behaviour change and employee development

In 2026, I became a British Psychological Society Community Champion for Recruitment & Retention, contributing to initiatives focused on engagement, belonging and participation within the psychology community. This complements my interest in employee experience, inclusive learning cultures and the factors that help people remain engaged with organisations and professional communities.

I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology from Coventry University, Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. My experience includes workshop and group facilitation, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, coaching conversations, safeguarding, risk assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration and trauma-informed practice.

Alongside my professional work, I run Mind Through My Lens, where I write accessible, evidence-informed content about psychology, mental wellbeing, trauma responses, anxiety, mindfulness and resilience.

Currently building relationships with EAPs, GCCs, and corporates in Mumbai and Pune for workshop facilitation and pilot sessions, always open to a conversation.
