I’m a results-driven Psychologist and Emotion Well-being Specialist with 5 years of experience delivering 1,200+ large-scale mental health, inclusion, and engagement programs across corporates, schools, NGOs, and community settings. I translate psychological insights into scalable, organization-ready well-being strategies that strengthen engagement, resilience, and workplace culture.

Currently, I serve as a Psychologist & Researcher, acting as a primary communication bridge between families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. I conduct psychological assessments, individual and group counselling, behavioral therapy sessions, and structured reporting—while maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and child-centered care.

Previously at Mpower (Aditya Birla Education Trust), I designed and facilitated 1,200+ mental health and well-being programs, built EAP-oriented curriculum and awareness materials, and conducted data collection, analysis, and impact measurement. I enjoy stakeholder collaboration, training facilitation, and blending clinical practice (CBT/REBT/Gestalt and Dance Movement Therapy) with data-driven improvement.
