What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute clinical counselling, employee assistance, and workplace wellbeing expertise in roles that combine evidence-based therapy, preventive mental health programmes, and meaningful support for employees.

At Symbiosis International University’s Centre for Emotional Wellbeing, I provide individual counselling, crisis intervention, and digital-first therapy for students, faculty, and staff across six institutes. I also co-deliver wellness curriculum sessions, train Mental Health Ambassadors, and facilitate stress-reduction and gender-sensitisation workshops.

Previously at MindPeers, I supported working professionals across India through employer-partnered wellness programmes, addressing burnout, anxiety, work stress, and career transitions. I draw on CBT, ACT, DBT, and SFBT to create practical, personalised care plans while balancing crisis stabilisation with long-term therapeutic goals.
