What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering trauma-informed clinical care, crisis support, supervision, and mental health training, especially for children, adolescents, frontline workers, and communities.

I've supported children, adolescents, and adults through psychological assessment and intervention at InSpirit Health and Happiness Clinic, serving 100+ clients across concerns including anxiety, grief, OCD, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and stress-related disorders.

At iCALL, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, I supervised nine child and adolescent helpline counsellors, reviewed crisis interventions, trained 15+ counsellors, developed three training modules, and coordinated reporting with UNICEF representatives. I also created five SOPs for crisis intervention and psychosocial support, co-authored the UNFPA School Mental Health Manual, and contributed to a self-care manual for frontline workers.

I'm a Registered Clinical Psychologist (Associate) with the Rehabilitation Council of India and have facilitated mental health workshops for the Indian Army, universities, corporates, parents, and community professionals. My work combines trauma psychoeducation, EMDR demonstrations, clinical supervision, and practical training that normalises seeking help.
