I am an accomplished professional with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and corporate workplace wellbeing. My background includes product management in neuropsychiatry, healthcare operations, and employee support roles that centered on mental health and behavioural insight.

At Mankind Pharma I launched and managed a neuropsychiatric product portfolio, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and developing educational materials for clinical audiences. In healthcare operations and corporate roles I led patient- and employee-focused programs, coordinated multidisciplinary stakeholders, and observed behavioural patterns related to stress and engagement.

Most recently I managed employee support services and analysed engagement data to improve workplace wellbeing at Barclays and supported return-to-office and comfort-focused initiatives at Publicis Groupe. I combine data-informed reporting, stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground behavioural observation to design pragmatic support solutions.

I am strengthening my clinical foundation through a diploma in counselling psychology and certifications in CBT, Psychological First Aid, and trauma management, and I am seeking roles where I can apply my operational experience and emerging clinical skills to advance mental health and employee wellbeing initiatives.
