I’m looking for a client-success role where I can own strategic accounts end-to-end, run QBR-style reviews, and use Salesforce/HubSpot plus analytics to improve retention and expansion with a cross-functional team.

I’m a client-obsessed Client Success Manager with 2+ years of experience owning strategic partner relationships, improving retention, and turning complex performance data into clear, actionable client insights.
