I’m looking to strengthen security operations by handling incident triage, improving SOC efficiency/SLA adherence, and supporting audit-ready documentation—while collaborating closely with security engineering on identity, endpoint, and infrastructure risk reduction.

I’m a security-focused IT professional supporting security operations, identity and access management (IAM), and Windows infrastructure in highly regulated healthcare environments. I help keep systems audit-ready while reducing risk through hands-on incident triage and security-aligned maintenance.

In my current role, I mitigate security risks across enterprise healthcare systems by triaging and resolving 25–40+ weekly incidents affecting 30,000+ users. I analyze authentication anomalies, endpoint alerts, and access control violations, escalating confirmed threats to security engineering.

I strengthen IAM by administering Active Directory lifecycle processes and validating least-privilege access.
