As a Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician with over 28 years of experience in special education, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the educational outcomes for students with special needs. My journey has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and skills, allowing me to oversee evaluations, support staff, and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across multiple districts.

Currently, I serve as the Coordinator II for Campus Support at the Dallas Independent School District, where I manage daily operations of special education services. My role involves collaborating on departmental budgets, training special education teachers, and ensuring compliance with special education laws. I pride myself on my ability to foster relationships with families and community agencies, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the educational process.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to integrity, accountability, and continuous professional development. I have conducted numerous evaluations and provided training to large staff audiences, always striving to enhance service delivery and support for students. My goal is to continue making a positive impact in the field of special education.
