What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles designing and delivering professional development, building teacher capacity for inclusive classrooms, managing special education compliance, and applying instructional technology to improve student outcomes.

I am a dedicated educator and trainer who believes individuals of all abilities deserve to thrive in environments tailored to their needs and learning styles. I focus on building teacher capacity and empowering educators to create inclusive, achievement-driven classrooms.

I have led district-wide initiatives that produced measurable results, including designing the CORE to SPED professional development with a 90% certification pass rate and helping over 40 teachers earn special education certification. I also developed a SPED Compliance Tracker that was adopted across more than 270 campuses to improve compliance and upstream planning.

My professional experience ranges from Special Education Teacher to Department Chair, Teacher Specialist, and Special Education Coordinator, where I oversaw multiple campuses, coached teachers, managed compliance, coordinated evaluations, and served as case manager for students with significant needs. I prioritize hands-on leadership, mentoring, and practical instructional technology integration.

I hold a M.Ed. and a BS.Ed., with certifications in ESL and Trauma-Informed practices, and I design professional development grounded in instructional design and technology. I seek roles where I can lead professional learning, strengthen special education systems, and improve student outcomes.
