What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in curriculum design or literacy intervention where I can apply evidence-based reading practices, lead teams, leverage technology/AI, and drive inclusive, data-driven student outcomes.

I am an experienced K–12 educator and curriculum specialist with over 17 years designing standards-aligned ELA content grounded in the Science of Reading.

I have led cross-functional teams, designed literacy interventions for diverse learners including dyslexia and students with IEPs and 504 plans, and managed instructional programs that improved student outcomes through data-informed decisions.

I combine project management in remote environments, instructional technology, and professional development delivery; I also teach at the university level, have published on curriculum and instructional design, and hold a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Counseling and an M.Ed. in School Counseling.
