I am looking for a role that values inclusion, fosters professional growth, and allows me to make a meaningful impact on student success.

I am a dedicated educational leader and psychologist with over 15 years of experience in elementary special education, English language arts, and professional development. My commitment to inclusion and diversity drives my passion for accommodating all learners and expanding the capacity of school personnel.

In my current role as Supervisor of Elementary Special Education, I have successfully implemented district-wide plans that have significantly increased inclusion opportunities for students with special needs. I take pride in my ability to build teacher capacity through professional development and to create impactful programs that enhance the academic and social/emotional growth of students.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to design and implement large-scale curriculum improvements and for my active participation in various committees aimed at enhancing educational practices. I am eager to continue making a positive impact in the field of education.
