What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in K-12 special education to coach teachers, design inclusive curriculum, use data to improve outcomes, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented school culture.

I am a Special Education Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach who models and supports instructional staff in organizing and implementing both Common Core and adapted curricula.

I hold a Doctorate of Education: Special Education (in progress), an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, a Masters in Social Foundations of Education, and a BS in Psychology. I have experience as a Graduate Research Assistant evaluating early childhood education interventions.

I design custom curricula tailored to individual students, lead IEP meetings to ensure federal and state compliance, and implement data-driven instruction and assessment using tools like Tableau and Excel. I have facilitated Data Talks, developed unit assessments, and monitored timely data submission for students with disabilities.

I facilitate professional learning to build staff proficiency, consult on IEP development, behavioral interventions, and transition planning, and mentor colleagues as a department PLC lead and instructional coach. I am committed to inclusive practices that produce measurable student growth.
