What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my expertise in special education, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

I am a dedicated special education professional with over 20 years of experience in early intervention and special education. My journey began with a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master's in Special Education, which laid the foundation for my commitment to supporting children with diverse needs. Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique requirements, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

My roles have varied from Early Intervention Coordinator to Director of Teaching and Learning, where I currently supervise and teach middle and high school students with special needs. I pride myself on my ability to foster positive relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams, creating a collaborative environment that promotes student success. My passion for education drives me to continuously seek innovative strategies to enhance learning experiences for all students.
